Expedited Development Request

At Koingo Software, we welcome any comments and suggestions about our products, and encourage our users to submit them to our development team. However, because in some cases, it might take a little more time to get to your submission, we have implemented an expedited request system to ensure that if you feel something requires immediate attention, we can adjust our priorities accordingly.

While composing a development request, please ensure maximum clarity by being as articulate as possible. Ideally, describe how the feature will be visually laid out, which controls are enabled, how to enable them, what happens when you click them and how they modify the functionality of the program.

Our engineers will review all submitted requests in the order they are received. Soon thereafter, a quote will be issued with the estimated time for completion. Development rates are currently at $50/hour (with a minimum of one hour), and we reserve the right to turn down requests we feel would not benefit a large number of users.

After payment has been submitted, we guarantee the turn around time specified in the quote. A "beta" version of the software in question will be submitted to you prior to release for final approval.
